If You Ordered The Wrong Map
If you accidentally ordered the wrong map, please contact us within 2 business days at info@thedigitalmapstore.com listing the map you intended to purchase. In your email, please explain how you think this happened (in case there are improvements to our site that we can make). You also will be required to submit in writing that you have deleted the incorrect map and will not use it in the future, nor allow anyone else to use it.

Digital Maps are not refundable.

You Thought You Were Getting a Printed Map
Our site explicitly states in numerous places that all maps are digital (hence, the company name of The Digital Map Store). Nowhere on the site do we imply you would receive a printed map and digital maps are not refundable.

Errors Found in Map Information
While we make every attempt to provide the most accurate maps possible at reasonable prices, we cannot guarantee small errors will not exist. All the maps contain disclaimers about the map accuracy/use and generally are not returnable. If you find what you think are significant errors, please email us at info@thedigitalmapstore.com telling us what map you have and what the error is. At our discretion, we may provide a new version at no additional charge.
